i'd love to hear what he has to say about the one adventure game that i have played and enjoyed in recent years: starship titanic. sadly, douglas adams has passed away, so i doubt anything of its quality or humor will come out again, but it was the one game that really reminded me of the old days playing Zork or HHGTTG until the late hours of the night...

Dave's a genius and I'm glad to see this interview. I agree with his statement that "People are just not that interested in typing to the game to simulate physical actions."
He's right, people aren't. But I think alot of people would love _talking_ to their game, especially in their cars.
If Infocom re-released Zork so that it fit on your PDA and you could interact with it via voice (and vice-versa), they would have a smashing success.
