Spoiler alert! The following cheat contains spoilers in the form of hints, walkthroughs, guides, or solutions to the game. Viewer discretion is advised.
You play Roger Wilco, a Cadet and part-time Sanitation Engineer (janitor) in the Star Confederacy Space Academy. After scoring high on an aptitude test (by cheating), you are made Captain of the SCS Eureka, a garbage scow. Despite your inept command of your ship and crew, you fumble your way to crack an illegal galaxy wide dumping scheme for bio-hazardous waste, rescue the crew of the SCS Goliath, and solve the mystery behind the disappearance of a survey team on Klorox II. You also reacquaint with villains from your past, protect your future love from danger, and ultimately save the universe (once again).

General tips

It is very easy to die in the game. Save frequently to avoid losing progress. Save and restore the game by clicking on the corresponding icons from the dropdown menu. The dropdown menu is located at the top of the screen.

All interactions in the game, such as walk or go, look or notice, get or pick up, and talk, are done by clicking on the corresponding commands from the dropdown menu.

Open the inventory by clicking on the corresponding icon from the dropdown menu.

Access the controls for detail, volume, and game speed by clicking on the system icon from the dropdown menu.

By convention, up, down, right, and left correspond to north, south, east, and west respectively. Navigate by using the mouse to click the walk cursor to where to go.

Commands to crew members (such as Flo, Droole, and Cliffy) can only be instigated by using the command or exclamation mark cursor. The command cursor is also used when using the transporter.

The game has a total score of 5000 points. There are 85 tasks to complete in the game. The score is displayed both within the dropdown menu and at the top of the screen. A ringing sound is played each time points are scored.

Prologue

The game begins in a cinematic cut scene. You, Roger Wilco, are at the Star Confederacy Space (SCS) Academy. You are behind the controls in the Star Confederacy (StarCon) bridge simulator, playing the role of Fleet Admiral Roger Wilco aboard the SCS Excalibur. You get sprung by Captain Raemes T. Quirk and are thrown out. Captain Quirk orders you to go to the classroom.

Star Confederacy Space Academy

StarCon aptitude test

You are in a circular hallway. Go north once. Go east once. You enter through a large door to the classroom. The professor informs you that you are late for an aptitude test. You realize that the only way to pass the test is to cheat (without being caught) from another cadet who is also doing the test.

Wait for the first question of the test to appear (Figure 1). Look at the classroom. (Hint: Click on the orange strip.) There is a Proctormatic 9000 anti-cheat droid hovering overhead, supervising the test.

Look on the desk of the cadet to your right as soon as the droid looks away from you. You see that the choice D is filled in (Figure 2). Look at the test paper. (Hint: Click on the test paper.) Click on choice D. Repeat for the remaining questions to complete the test. (Note: The test has 10 questions. However, you only need to cheat on the first question to score the points.) A cinematic cut scene is played. You have scored full points on the test. You are, however, being punished for showing up late for the test. Your punishment is to clean the academy crest. You are back in the circular hallway.
