I have the same experience as Sandra. Cannot get the ketchup because bad guy never leaves the hotel lobby. Has anyone answered?

I haee been really enjoying this game but have completely stuck on trying to get the ketchup off the counter. I think this is a major bug. Can anyone help with whats going on here?

Is there anyway I can skip the colored marble puzzle in the Adventure game Nibirus and keep on with the rest of the game.Even with the hints for doing the puzzle I can't get anywhere.I just don't seem to understand the hints for some reason.I just want to stop playing that puzzle.It is getting boring.Thank You.

compelling story and rich graphics that help to compensate for a
inexplicably poor translation and banal puzzles." :)

could have been a great game...very poor vocals, hard to understand what's being said sometimes, not all actions are relevant to game, the vegecimal system...???who ever heard of it?..that was a true poser to open the safe! Am experiencing sudden shut-down of system, notice been given by MSN.... lose all unsaved data. Could have been much more interesting, with less dialogue.
